Our general rule is that we can only offer refunds or exchanges if an event has been cancelled or rescheduled. Refunds will be granted in full if the event is cancelled by the organiser for any reason.
On a case by case basis upon request:
Refunds requested over 14 days before the event may be granted but an admin fee of €2.50/ticket applies.
Refunds requested between 14 days and 48 hours before the event may be granted minus an admin fee of €6/ticket.
No refunds from within 48 hours of the event. However on a case by case basis, we may offer some credit for another future event instead so please let us know if you can't make it for any reason, or pass your ticket to a friend to join in your place.
Any refund or exchange requests are entirely at the discretion of the organiser (Caerus Events Ltd t/a Bella Musica Ireland).
